- Free shipping on all orders over $75 excludes Bogg, Backtaps, and Cooler bag products.
Average processing for orders will take 1-3 business days for in-stock items. Preorders may take 7-10 business days to arrive before processing the order.
From date shipped to locations in the U.S. it could take 3-7 business days.
- Shipments within Oklahoma normally take 1-3 business days
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped. Please note it may take up to 48 hours for the tracking number to show updates.
- Estimated delivery time does not include holidays or weekends.
- Orders placed Friday afternoon and Saturday may not be processed until Monday.

Priority of all sales goes to in store sales. After in store sales have been fulfilled then we will fulfill online orders. Online orders are fulfilled twice daily. In the event, an item has sold out in store you will be fully refunded for your purchase of goods.
Exchanges may be made on full-price clothing & shoes within 15 days of purchase. All tags must be unmarked and remain on items to exchange. Customer responsible for return shipping charges. Free shipping is not valid on shipping of exchanges.
Undergarments, swimwear, face coverings, and accessories such as jewelry and hair accessories may not be returned.
Store credit will be given for any approved exchanges made in the form of a virtual gift card for online use.
Bogg bags, Swig Cooler Bags and Backtaps are not included on any Free Shipping offers. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges.
We do not offer refunds on any merchandise.
We cannot cancel an order after is has been processed.
