Priority of all sales goes to in store sales. After in store sales have been fulfilled then we will fulfill online orders. Online orders are fulfilled twice daily. In the event, an item has sold out in store you will be fully refunded for your purchase of goods. 

Exchanges may be made on full-price clothing & within 15 days of purchase. All tags must be unmarked and remain on items to exchange.

Undergarments, swimwear, face coverings,, and accessories such as jewelry and hair accessories may not be returned.

Store credit will be given for any approved exchanges made in the form of a discount code.

We do not offer refunds on any merchandise.

We are not responsible for return shipping charges.
